Welcome to Mahima Marayoor Jaggery, operated by Mahima Exports (“Mahima”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration; natural jaggery may vary slightly in colour and texture.
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock issues, suspected fraud or errors — and will refund any payment already made.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The final amount payable — subtotal, shipping and any discounts — is calculated and verified on our servers at checkout. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is processed only after payment is confirmed.

• Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Delhivery.
• Shipping charges are calculated automatically from your delivery state and shown at checkout before payment.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please provide a complete, accurate address — incomplete addresses may delay or prevent delivery.

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
• As a food product, jaggery can be returned only if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Discount coupons and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, validity periods and usage limits. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to disqualify any misuse of offers.

All content on this website — including the Mahima name, logo, text, graphics and product images — is the property of Mahima Exports and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
